This simple pasta is the perfect way to enjoy natto (stringy, gooey fermented soybeans). The vegetable dashi miso and soy milk helps to mellow the flavors, creating a delicious, savory sauce.
- 2 servings pasta (160g)
- 2 packs natto (80g)
- 150ml soy milk
- 2 tsp soy sauce*
- 1 Tbsp ground sesame seeds*
- 2 Tbsp vegetable dashi miso
- Shiso or basil (garnish)
- Boil the pasta according to the directions on the package. Rinse and drain under cold water.
- Mix the natto in a bowl to make sticky. Add soy milk, soy sauce, ground sesame seeds, vegetable dashi miso and mix well. Serve on top of pasta and garnish with basil.
