Big, round, crunchy senbei are the most well known type of rice cracker from Japan. These senbei are made from 100% domestic Uruchi rice which is thick but soft, with a natural sweetness. The shape of each cracker is unique as they are hand-crafted one-by-one by skilled craftsmen. The negi (spring onion) and miso flavor is a harmony of domestic spring onions and umami-rich miso while the norimaki (seaweed) flavor resembles traditional rice wrapped in seaweed.
