RECIPE: Yuzu Kosho Cream Cheese with Dried Fruits and Nuts
This cream cheese spread combines classic dried fruits and chopped nuts with a Japanese twist. Yuzu Kosho adds its signature citrus spice while miso adds savory, rich umami. Serve it alongside crackers or crusty bread, or use it as a sophisticated canapé base.
