RECIPE: Umami Avocado and Cheese Salad with Nori Paste

Ingredients:

50g mozzarella cheese, cut into bite-sized cubes

1 tsp soy sauce*

1½ - 2 tsp Nori Paste with Yuzu Kosho (Nori Kuro)

1 ripe avocado (~100g without skin or pit, diced)

Pinch of white sesame seeds
Instructions:

In a bowl, combine Nori Paste with Yuzu Kosho, soy sauce, and white sesame seeds.

Add the cubes of mozzarella cheese and toss to coat. Add the diced avocado and gently toss to combine. Garnish with additional sesame seeds if desired and enjoy! Pairs well with beer.
