RECIPE: Spicy Umami Chili Vegetable Dip
Spicy Umami Chili Sauce is combined with smooth, tangy cream cheese to create this subtly spiced, versatile vegetable dip. We used broccoli in this recipe, but feel free to use any fresh seasonal vegetable!
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
- 15g (~1 Tbsp) cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1~2 tsp Spicy Umami Chili Sauce
- ½ head of broccoli (or your favorite vegetable)
Instructions:
- In a small bowl add cream cheese, mayonnaise, and spicy umami chili sauce. Stir to combine.
- Cut broccoli into florets and boil in a pot of hot water until slightly tender. Drain and arrange on a serving plate with the dip. Try it with some of your other favorite vegetables, crackers, or crusty bread for the perfect appetizer!
