Individually packaged and easy to prepare, these dashi (broth/soup) tea bags are made with carefully selected raw materials blended in a golden ratio to provide the perfect umami flavor. These bonito flakes add a mildly salty and smoky fish flavor, while the dried ago (flying fish) and sardine flakes impart a subtle taste of the sea, helping to amplify the taste of the bonito. The konbu and powdered soy sauce also provide a greater depth of umami.
