Okaki, a type of rice Japanese rice cracker, are made from the traditional rice cakes known as mochi and can be flavored with any number of sweet, salty, and savory ingredients. These okaki are made from brown rice and have the perfect crispy crunch! Flavored with here tamari soy sauce, mirin, konbu, and a type of Japanese brown sugar known as kibizato, these okaki hit the perfect sweet and salty balance with an extra hint of flavor-rich umami goodness.
