Kuroiwasou is a producer located within Oita prefecture in Kyushu, the southernmost region of Japan where yuzu kosho first originated. Hand-blended and perfectly balanced, their yuzu kosho combines fresh yuzu with green chili peppers, both of which are grown without pesticides and are fully ripened on the tree.
