This Rayu Chili Oil is amazing on everything. If you like tofu, I suggest trying it this way first. If tofu isn't your thing, replace the tofu with some fried chicken.
- ½ block tofu
- 1-2 tbsp Ishigaki Gourmet Chili Oil
- Chopped green onions
- Dash of soy sauce
- Drain tofu well and transfer to a plate. Top with Ishigaki Rāyu Chili Oil. Start with 1 tbsp of the rāyu and add more to your preference. Top with green onions, a dash of soy sauce to your preference and enjoy.
