RECIPE: Adzuki Tartines with Brown Rice Jam

Adzuki Tartines with Brown Rice Jam

Since I’m not a coffee drinker, I really enjoy this with matcha or matcha drinks!

Makes: 1 serving

10 minutes

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Toast baguette slices.
  2. Smear the adzuki beans on the tartines with a butter knife or the back of a spoon.
  3. Add a dollop of the jam to each tartine and finish with a pinch of sea salt and sesame seeds.
