食谱:鲜红洋葱苹果醋汁炒猪肉

鲜红洋葱苹果醋汁炒猪肉

可供两人食用

原料:

  • 2份猪里脊肉
  • 1/4个红洋葱
  • 1/4 个苹果
  • 2汤匙陈年红酒醋
  • 2茶匙蜂蜜
  • 盐和胡椒粉适量
  • 食用油
  • 青橄榄(适量)
  • 欧芹(适量)

指示:

  1. Season the pork with salt and pepper.
  2. Slice the red purple onion and shred the apple. Mix with Aged Red Wine Vinegar, honey, salt and pepper. Marinade fro 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a frying pan with oil and grill both sides of the pork.
  4. Serve the cooked pork on a plate and place the sauce from 2 on top. Sprinkle coarse pepper on top and s erve with green olives and parsley.
