食谱:鲜红洋葱苹果醋汁炒猪肉

可供两人食用
原料:
- 2份猪里脊肉
- 1/4个红洋葱
- 1/4 个苹果
- 2汤匙陈年红酒醋
- 2茶匙蜂蜜
- 盐和胡椒粉适量
- 食用油
- 青橄榄(适量)
- 欧芹(适量)
指示:
- Season the pork with salt and pepper.
- Slice the red purple onion and shred the apple. Mix with Aged Red Wine Vinegar, honey, salt and pepper. Marinade fro 30 minutes.
- Heat a frying pan with oil and grill both sides of the pork.
- Serve the cooked pork on a plate and place the sauce from 2 on top. Sprinkle coarse pepper on top and s erve with green olives and parsley.
