食谱：柚子腌茄子

鲜味十足的昆布/高汤粉有助于提升这道简易腌茄子的风味，而加入的柚子皮则增添了其标志性的酸甜柑橘风味。这道小菜清爽可口！

指示：


  1. 将茄子去蒂，纵向切成两半，再切成一口大小的块。
  2. 将所有食材与茄子一起放入密封袋中，搅拌均匀。
  3. 放入冰箱冷藏约6小时后即可食用。
