RECIPE: Yuzu Kiwi Smoothie

Bright and fruity, this yuzu kiwi smoothie is refreshing and delicious. Our Frosted Yuzu Jam and Yuzu Syrup add signature citrus to sweet-tart kiwi. Customize it any way you like by adding frozen berries, fresh mint, or a splash of lemon or lime.

Ingredients:

3-4 ripe kiwis

1 cup coconut water (can substitute with sparkling water)

4-5 ice cubes

1 Tbsp Frosty Yuzu Jam*

3 Tbsp Yuzu Syrup*

Maple syrup, honey or agave (as desired) (for extra sweetness)
Optional Add-ins

3-4 fresh mint leaves (for a refreshing twist)

½ cup frozen blueberries, strawberries or pineapple (for a fruity flavor)

Splash of lemon or lime juice (for additional tang)
Instructions:

Thoroughly wash the kiwi and remove the skin. Slice in half or quarters.

Place the kiwi pieces, coconut water, ice cubes, and any optional add-ins into a blender.

Blend the ingredients until smooth. Scrape down the sides, and blend again to ensure everything is well-blended.

Add the Frosted Yuzu Jam, Yuzu Syrup and maple syrup, honey or agave if desired and blend again. Serve while nice and ice cold!
