食谱：红紫苏拌饭料炒鸡

红紫苏拌饭料能让鲜嫩多汁的鸡胸肉条变成一道美味的主菜，并带有淡淡的花香。

份量：3份

原料：

  • 鸡胸肉条（4-5条）
  • 1 茶匙 + 1 茶匙红紫苏香松
  • 1 汤匙味醂*
  • 少许盐*
  • 马铃薯淀粉
  • 煎炸用3汤匙油

指示：

  1. 将鸡柳切成薄片，放入塑料袋中，加入红紫苏拌饭料（1茶匙）、味醂和少许盐。搅拌均匀，放入冰箱腌制过夜。
  2. 将腌制好的鸡柳条裹上土豆淀粉，在煎锅中加入油，用中低火将鸡柳煎至两面金黄。
  3. 根据个人口味，可再撒上 1 茶匙红紫苏拌饭料。
