食谱：鱼汤

苏打水高汤可以提升鱼肉的鲜味，同时创造出美味而简单的汤底。


份量：2

原料

  • 2瓣大蒜（压碎）
  • 50毫升橄榄油
  • 2 x 80克鱼片
  • 50毫升清酒
  • 1 汤匙苏打布什高汤粉
  • 400毫升水
  • ½ 茶匙盐
  • 少许干牛至或一片月桂叶
  • 葱（切碎的）
  • 少许柚子香

指示

  1. 锅中倒入橄榄油，放入蒜末加热。加入鱼片煎炸。
  2. 倒掉一些油，然后关火。加入清酒。
  3. 加入苏打高汤、水、盐和干牛至（或月桂叶）。小火慢炖约5分钟。
  4. 盛盘后撒上葱花和少许柚子粉即可。
