食谱:辣豆芽鸡肉凉面


芥末味噌酱汁鲜美浓郁,带有鲜味和辛辣味,为这道凉面增添了风味。

份量:2

原料:

  • 两份拉面*或冬面*
  • 80克鸡肉
  • 140克豆芽
  • 60克黄瓜

(一个)

(b)

  • 2汤匙地加罗辛味噌
  • 2茶匙芝麻油*
  • 黑胡椒粉(根据需要)

(c)

  • 1茶匙料酒
  • 1茶匙*

指示:

  1. 按照包装说明煮面,然后沥干水分,用冷水冲洗。用厨房纸巾吸干水分,然后与(b)混合。
  2. 将鸡肉与(c)混合,蒸煮至熟透。
  3. 将豆芽快速焯水,关火,用水冲洗并用手挤干多余水分。将黄瓜切成细条。
  4. 将[2]和[3]放入碗中。加入(a)并搅拌均匀。
  5. 将[1]放在餐盘上,上面放上[4]。

This recipe was fantastic. Super easy to make for a weeknight meal. If you didn’t have the veg or the chicken you could easily sub ingredients and it would still be very good. I ate most of it myself and let my husband have a few bites. Really, it is that good. If you don’t know off hand, the noodles amount to approximately 200 grams uncooked.
