极简食谱：味精玉子烧（调味水煮蛋）

Aji在日语中是味道的意思，这些调味鸡蛋是一种简单易行的美味日式小吃。

准备时间：6小时后 | 烹饪时间：5分钟 | 份量：2-3人份

原料

  • 3个鸡蛋
  • 25毫升水（或清酒）
  • 25毫升酱油
  • 25毫升味醂

指示

  1. 煮熟鸡蛋并剥壳。
  2. 将水（或清酒）、酱油和味醂分别放入锅中，小火加热至味醂（和清酒）中的酒精挥发（即将沸腾时，大约1分钟）。离火。
  3. 将步骤 2 中的鸡蛋和酱汁混合，放入密封袋中。放入冰箱冷藏约 6 小时后即可享用。
