It is rich in umami due to the miso-based broth, which is hearty, savory and salty. Doubanjiang (a fermented bean paste) adds extra depth with a hint of spice, while sesame, ginger and garlic round out the dish with their signature flavors and aroma. This special miso ramen is also entirely vegan, drawing its flavors from its vegetable-based broth and added spicy miso.
