This sweet and spicy Sansho Teriyaki Sardine Jerky are made from domestically caught sardines that are combined in a delicious and traditional teriyaki sauce that also incorporates one of Japan's quintessential spices: sansho. Sansho is known as the Japanese peppercorn and is similar to the Szechuan peppercorns except for more noticeable citrus notes and an extra spicy kick.
