Suggested Uses: Add umami to all of your favorite dishes including sushi, sashimi, and gyoza (Japanese dumplings). Try combining with rice vinegar, miso, chili oil, or yuzu kosho to create delicious sauces and dressings.
Substitutions: Use in place of salt when cooking. Can also be used instead of Worcestershire sauce or balsamic vinegar in some applications.
