Sato Jozo’s curry miso paste is your new secret ingredient for adding a savory and salty flavor to nearly any dish. This seasoning combines the rich flavor of fermented, aged soybean miso with a slightly sweet apple, honey, and onion curry. Made with soybean miso, a specialty of Aichi Prefecture, this paste offers a distinctively smooth texture, dark color, and deep, rich flavor compared with other types of miso (usually made with rice or barley).
