While it's known for giving Japanese dashi (broth) it's deep umami flavor, konbu has been reimagined into a delicious, crunchy snack. Seasoned in a broth of soy sauce and a dashi made from konbu, katsuobushi, and shiitake mushrooms, these konbu crisps are grilled to add extra aroma, crunch, and flavor for the perfect salty, savory snack.
