It can be described as a mix between a mandarin orange and a lemon and is both sweet and tart in flavor. You can find it throughout Japanese cuisine from appetizers to desserts and everything in between. It's often used in drinks as well.

This organic yuzu in produced domestically in Japan without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers and is combined with a spicy organic red pepper to bring an unmatched taste and flavor to any of your favorites dishes. 

Suggested use: You can rub the paste on grilled meats/fish or simply add it to soups, pasta, stir-fry dishes, dressings and marinades. Refrigerate after opening.
