This instant miso soup has all the flavors of a home-cooked meal, but can be enjoyed in just a matter of minutes. Tender pieces of freeze-dried eggplant add a melt-in-your-mouth texture while generous portions of fried tofu and pieces of wakame seaweed add body to the soup. Yamato Shoyu Misofs signature miso, which is aged in wooden barrels that have been passed down for over 80 years, adds an incredible depth of umami to the bonito and konbu dashi broth, creating a luxurious overall experience.
