These extra large, handmade senbei (rice crackers) are made from a special type of Japanese rice known as uruchi rice and are double-baked to create a satisfying crispy texture. The shape of each cracker is unique as skilled craftsmen make each one by hand. Comes in tow flavors: negi and miso, and norimaki (seaweed).

These popular ice crackers are made from domestic glutinous mochi rice and have a distinct oval shape which resembles persimmon (called kaki in Japanese) seeds. They're uniquely seasoned with organic tamari soy sauce brewed in traditional wooden barrels and combined with a blend of umami-rich ingredients including powdered akamoku seaweed and a touch of malt syrup which gives them their perfectly sweet and spicy umami taste.
