Given the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds on Care Packages once they have been delivered to a third party carrier. However, we encourage you to contact us at info@kokorocares.com with your specific issue so we can do our best to make this a positive experience for you.

In the case of a refund, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
