茶道礼仪：如何在日本奉茶和品茶
在日本，茶道礼仪至关重要：从传统茶道的繁复细节到在家中招待客人，无不体现着这一点。无论是侍茶者还是客人，都遵循着一些微妙的规则，这些规则代代相传，已深深融入日本茶文化之中。

如同葡萄酒一样，茶与食物的搭配也多种多样，取决于食物的口感、质地和风味。茶通常与腌菜（ tsukemono ）、时令水果、米饼和甜点等食物一同享用。上茶时，茶杯应放在客人的右侧，食物则放在左侧。不妨尝试将煎茶与您喜爱的日式甜点或和菓子搭配，玄米茶搭配鲜味浓郁的酱油仙贝（米饼），或焙茶搭配咸味、烟熏或陈年食物。

I have never experienced either, but just wanted to Google tea “ceremonies” in England and Japan. I started with the English one. I knew I was in a whole different world in the Japan ceremony when I read, up front, the word “exactly.” As, yes, Japan. I feel like this is their approach to everything. Beautiful people, beautiful place, but must be a very stressful culture.
