WE rice, a type of brown rice prized for its dietary fiber and high nutritional value, gives this bread a pleasant chewy texture. The gentle natural sweetness of the steamed bread is lovely on its own and works well as a base for both sweet and savory add-ins.

Suggested Uses: Shake the bag so the bread mix settles at the bottom and cut with scissors on the dotted line. Add 50ml (~? cup) of water and mix well for 30 sec. Place the bag upright in the center of the microwave and heat for 2 mins (600W). If removing from the bag to eat, please be careful as it will be hot. You can also mix and cook the bread in a microwavable dish.
Substitutions: Enjoy as is or flavor with everything from basil and cheese to banana and chocolate chips, or even used to make meat or shrimp steam buns.
