Suggested Uses: To prepare, break the noodles in half and place in a pot of boiling water (550ml (~ 2 cups) or more). Boil for 2-2? minutes. While the noodles are cooking, put the contents of the seasoning packet into a bowl and combine with 270ml (~1 cup) of boiling water. Drain the cooked noodles and add to the prepared soup. Top with slices of roasted pork, green onions, sesame seeds and ra-yu* (chili oil) for added flavor and texture if desired.
Substitutions: Enjoy in place of your typical instant ramen or use as a base for a heartier noodle soup!
