Depth of Flavor!

This shichimi togarashi has so many complex flavors! The ingredients list really doesn't seem to describe the delicate interactions this condiment produces. Those Japanese peppers really are something special! There's an element that reminds me of Sichuan peppercorn, almost floral. The heat level is perfect and enhances the experience of the other flavors, instead of covering them up. I was expecting a nice, spicy sprinkle; this blew my mind!
