- Specialty seasoning using local ingredients
Sansho Chirimen is a unique seasoning that combines chirimen (dried baby white fish) and sansho (also known as "Japanese peppercorns"). While the chirimen provide an umami-pack, subtly fishy flavor, the sansho, similar to Szechuan peppercorns, provides a noticeable citrus flavor and surprisingly strong taste. This specialty seasoning is flavor-packed and unlike any other.
