Made by roasting first-grade tea grown in the mountains of Ishikawa to bring out a pure flavor featuring a mellow, roasted aroma and a subtle floral sweetness, Chanomi Nakama’s Kaga Houjicha is a luxury you can indulge in from the comfort of your own home on cold winter days.

Suggested Uses: For hot tea, combine 6g (1 Tbsp) of the tea and 240ml of hot water in a teapot, brew for about a minute, and pour into a cup. To create a cold brew, add 6g (1 Tbsp) to 1L of water in a glass pitcher and refrigerate for about 3 hrs.
Substitutions: Sip on in place of your usual cup of tea, coffee, or cocoa for a cozy and comforting beverage.
