This rich and creamy hot chocolate gets its luxurious texture from arrowroot, called kudzu in Japanese. Made with bittersweet cocoa powder and sweetened with a touch of domestically produced sugar, this drink mix can be used with water for a lighter, more chocolate-forward taste or combined with milk to create a rich and comforting warm beverage. The thickness of the arrowroot also helps coat your tongue and prolong the chocolatey flavor.

Suggested Uses: Basic Kudzu Hot Chocolate: In a mug, add 1 Tbsp of water to one drink mix packet and stir to dissolve. Add another 110ml (~4oz) of boiling water, mix well, and microwave for 20 sec (600W). Ready when transparent and bubbling.
Substitutions: Rich & Creamy Kudzu Hot Chocolate: In a mug, gradually combine 60ml (~5 Tbsp) of water, 60ml (~5 Tbsp) of milk, and one drink mix packet. Stir to dissolve and microwave for 1 min (600W). Remove and mix well before enjoying.
