  • Made with high-quality oysters from Miyagi Prefecture
  • Uses the whole oyster for richer taste
  • Luxuriously thick with an addictive sweet and salty flavor

You've never tasted an oyster sauce like this before! This luxurious sauce is made with plump oysters from Kesennuma Bay in Miyagi Prefeture, which are said to be some of the best in Japan. Only the highest quality oysters are chosen for this sauce which means once it sells out you have to wait an entire season for the nex batch. Unlike most oyster sauces that use just the boiled oyster broth, Ishiwata Shoten uses the whole oyster, giving this sauce a distinct oyster flavor and savory umami taste.
