The manufacturer, Ishimaru Seimen, shines the spotlight on Kagawa Prefecture's specialty, "Sanuki Udon" and Kagawa's Takase tea by combining the two into their green tea udon noodles. Using technology unique to the company they knead the tea directly into the dough, imparting a light but refreshing flavor and aroma as well as a beautiful deep green color. Each noodle is also knife cut, preserving the pleasantly chewy texture.
