An inventive take on a classic condiment, this garlic yuzu kosho combines the refreshing tang of yuzu citrus with the aromatic punch of grated garlic and the heat of green chili peppers. Carefully selected garlic from Aomori Prefecture, which is sometimes called Japan's "garlic capital", imparts a rich, sweet taste with nutty undertones. The garlic flavor blends beautifully with yuzu kosho to create this versatile paste that goes with everything from fish and meat to vegetables and pastas.
