Made from okara (soybean pulp) which is leftover after making tofu and soy milk, these crunchy chips combine the nutritional elements of okara with wheat and a locally produced dashi broth made from mackerel and bonito powder. The result is the perfect chip balancing salty, savory flavors with a delightful hint of sweetness.
