Our producer, Suki Tokusan, artfully stews locally harvested yuzu peels in natural sugar to candy them. This balances their tartness and emphasizes their natural sweet and sour flavor.

Delicious

I wasn't sure what to do with these when I purchased them. They're great for snacking on if you like sour things. I do think they'd be great chopped up further and added into some baked goods or on top of them.

We love these yuzu peels and add them to ice cream, onigiri, yogurt, and even fruit for a little subtle change to the flavors.
