Yuzu, Japan's most prized citrus fruit, has a delicate flavor often described as a cross between a tart lemon, a sweet mandarin orange, and a fragrant grapefruit. Our producer, Suki Tokusan, artfully stews locally harvested yuzu peels in natural sugar to candy them. This balances their tartness and emphasizes their natural sweet and sour flavor.
