RECIPE: Kan Koji Coleslaw Salad
This super simple coleslaw salad has a surprising depth of flavor thanks to the savory, salty taste of the Kan Koji Paste, which cleverly contrasts the corn's natural sweetness and elevates the cabbage's crunchy texture!

Ingredients:
- 200g (~¼ head) cabbage, shredded
- 70g (`⅓ cup) corn
- 30ml (2 Tbsp) olive oil
- 40g (2.5 Tbsp) Kan Koji Paste (Savory Salt Koji)
- 40ml (2.5 Tbsp) vinegar*
Instructions:
- Add olive oil, Kan Koji Paste, and vinegar to a bowl. Stir well to combine.
- Toss shredded cabbage and corn in the dressing. Let sit for at least 30 minutes before serving and enjoy! Coleslaw can be kept in the fridge for 2 to 3 days.
