RECIPE: Kan Koji Coleslaw Salad

This super simple coleslaw salad has a surprising depth of flavor thanks to the savory, salty taste of the Kan Koji Paste, which cleverly contrasts the corn's natural sweetness and elevates the cabbage's crunchy texture!

Instructions:

  1. Add olive oil, Kan Koji Paste, and vinegar to a bowl. Stir well to combine.
  2. Toss shredded cabbage and corn in the dressing. Let sit for at least 30 minutes before serving and enjoy! Coleslaw can be kept in the fridge for 2 to 3 days.
