Named after the companyfs founder, Kondo Gorobei, Kondo Jozofs gGorobeh Soy Sauce has a deep, authentic taste with a clear color and rich aroma. Domestic soybeans and wheat are fermented with koji in a sun-dried sea salt brine using traditional methods. Aged for over a year, it has a mature, well-rounded flavor that makes it perfect as a dipping or finishing sauce.
