Handcrafted from Okinawan kokuto (lit. “black sugar) and roasted peanuts, this peanut butter features an earthy nuttiness paired with a fragrant, light sweetness. Known for its unique and rich licorice flavor with notes of caramel and toffee, kokuto has a much more refined taste than commercially available brown sugar, pairing perfectly with the peanuts in this delicious spread.
