RECIPE: Yummy Soy Sauce Steak

Even if you’re short on time, you can still serve up succulent and savory steak with this yummy soy sauce-based marinade! Made with staple pantry ingredients, this versatile marinade uses soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and sesame oil to deliver big flavors in just an hour. Simply marinate your choice of meat and cook using your favorite methods.

Ingredients:

400g of steak (can substitute with meat of your choice)

1/4 cup Premium Tamari Soy Sauce (Gluten-Free)

2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce (can alternatively use 2 Tbsp brown sugar)

¼ cup sesame oil*

2 Tbsp lemon juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

White pepper, to taste
Instructions:

In a bowl, combine Premium Tamari Soy Sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and white pepper. Whisk well to combine.

Place the steak (or meat of your choosing) on a small sheet pan. Pour the prepared marinade over the steak, making sure it is completely covered. Place plastic wrap firmly on top.

Let the steak marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. For a deeper flavor, let the steak marinate even longer.

Before cooking, remove the steak from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature. Cook using your favorite method!
