Suggested Uses: Powdered dashi is a quick and convenient way to infuse your meals with Japanese flavors. An excellent dashi

Of all the dashi products I’ve tried this one is by far the best. There are no superfluous ingredients, it’s really just the fish. The aroma is wonderful and stays that way it seems forever.
The resealable pouch is really handy and you can freely take out as much as you need according to your taste. It’s super versatile: I’ve used it for seasoning in general, making soups, sprinkling over dishes, etc. I can’t imagine preparing Japanese food without this.
