Just signed up for the Japanese Knives Co. newsletter, already a long time subscriber to Kokoro Care Packages. As to favourite Japanese tea, how can one choose? I do like genmaicha and very much enjoyed the konbucha from Kokoro Care Packages. And my shodo sensei makes a very nice matcha.
Matcha is the best tea.
