烤肉(日语:ただきくく,罗马字:Yakiniku)是一种日式烧烤,通常是将切成一口大小的肉块、鸡肉、海鲜和/或蔬菜放在明火上烤制。烤好后,蘸上特制的甜辣烤肉酱,趁热享用。这款特制酱汁的灵感源自九州风味的烤肉酱,九州风味的烤肉酱辣度较低,味道略甜。这款酱汁完全是纯素的,却风味十足。它以鲜味浓郁的酱油为基底,加入大蒜、苹果醋、生姜、柠檬汁、芝麻、辣椒调味,并用苹果、香蕉和少许糖来增加甜味。
