If you enjoy Umeboshi, you will really like this. They are small, flat disks of Umeboshi. When I am craving a salty snack, I place one of these in my mouth and slowly allow the umeboshi flavor to POP in my mouth. I forget all about the craving and have a little bit of the pickle to enjoy instead. I liked them so much, I bought several packages!!
