这款御石茶是产自四国岛南部沿海山区高知县大丰市的珍稀发酵茶,采用手工精制而成。茶叶先在木桶中蒸制近三个小时,然后进行两次发酵(第一次使用霉菌,第二次使用乳酸菌),最后切成方块,铺在草席上晒干数日。整个制作过程耗时近两个月,最终制成口感柔和醇厚、涩味和苦味都大大降低的茶。
