Inspired by Yamaeifs line of edible tea leaves, this unique furikake features a base of finely chopped organically grown Kakegawa tea. The mild earthy bitterness of the tea combines with a select blend of seaweed, bonito flakes, and soy sauce, enhancing the savory nature of the ingredients, creating an umami-rich seasoning with an addictive crunch.
