Suggested Uses: 将150毫升水煮沸，加入1包（3克）鲣鱼干。关火后静置1-2分钟。如果用小火慢煮更长时间，可以得到味道更浓郁的鲣鱼高汤，适合用于口味较重的菜肴，但可能会掩盖口味较清淡的菜肴。使用前将鲣鱼干从高汤中滤出。剩余的鲣鱼干可以与海带、芝麻、酱油和味醂混合熬制，制成自制拌饭料（日式拌饭料）。鲣鱼干可以用于汤、茶碗蒸、煮蔬菜、面条汤或佃煮（用酱油和味醂慢炖的菜肴）。也可以用作大阪烧、冷荞麦面或凉豆腐等菜肴的装饰。不建议用于海鲜或鱼类菜肴。
Substitutions: 可代替香草等装饰物，增添一丝烟熏海鲜风味和口感层次。
